  1. First of all I want to say superb blog! I had a quick question which I’d like to ask if you
don’t mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your
mind before writing. I’ve had a tough time clearing my thoughts in getting my thoughts out
there. I truly do enjoy writing however it just seems
like the first 10 to 15 minutes are wasted simply just trying
to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions
    or tips? Appreciate it!

    • I dont mind you asking at all, its a great question. some days are better than other when trying to write. those days where you look at the keyboard and cringe are days to let it go and not write. Try writing about things you like.

1 trick that is good is called a word war. Set a timer for 2 minutes and just type what is in your head. doesn’t matter if it makes since. When time is up, look at what you have. you may find your inspiration there. I also put on my favorite CD, Eagles, hell freezes over and I go to be favorite song which is New York Minute. that helps me to clear my head. go for a walk if you can. blow out the cobwebs.

I just finished my first novel and will start writing the sequel soon.

Hope you will stop back soon. let me know how it goes.
